Once you've submitted your request you will receive, along with your appointment, an agreement form that must be signed and faxed back to me before our session can begin. If you must cancel your appointment after it has been confirmed, you must reach me or my voice mail at 714-637-1455 within 72 hours in order to to receive a refund. Your fee is not refundable for missed appointments, no matter what the reason.
1. In-person consultation in Anaheim, California. $300 per session
A two-hour session. These sessions are held on Fridays or Saturdays. You will learn the steps to running a successful business, the location of local wholesalers who offer the best gift basket products, steps to designing a dazzling gift basket, and the answers to all of your questions. We will design a gift basket from the bottom up and you will leave with a handout, samples and more. After you register you will be contacted by email or fax to set a date and time.
An in-person two-hour session
2. Telephone consultation. $150 per hour
This one-hour telephone session will be tailored to your needs. Prior to our telephone conversation you will email or fax as many questions or areas of concern as you wish. That way you will receive exactly what you need and we will make maximum use of our time.
All telephone consultations are a full hour; no partial hours are available. You may choose from a Friday or Saturday morning at 8:00 AM or 9:30 AM PST. When we receive your order, we will email or fax the date of your appointment. At the agreed-upon time you will call me and our session begins. If you want an additional hour, you will need to schedule another session.

3. At your Orange County, CA facility, a three-hour session. $450
A three-hour session. These sessions are held at your facility at a mutually convenient time . We work on the aspects of a successful gift basket business that are important to your company. You will learn the location of local wholesalers who offer the best gift basket products, steps to designing a dazzling gift basket, and the answers to all of your questions. We will design a gift basket from the bottom up and you will receive a handout and samples. After you register you will be contacted by email or fax to set a date and time.
