Advertising Policy for Wholesalers

All sponsorship and advertising on www.giftbasketbusinessworld.com and any site owned
by Flora M. Brown and Flora Brown Associates is subject to approval and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your advertising at any time, for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel your account if your site or business has changed and does not comply with our policies for advertisers. All websites or companies that wish to advertise with us must have a "PG" or "G" rating. Websites or companies that do not fall into these categories need not apply. Gift Basket Business World, Flora Brown Associates, our associated websites, sponsors, our employees, associates or shareholders are not responsible for Internet or the website down-time. We will make every effort to keep this to a minimum.

It is understood that, in consideration of the publication of advertising, the advertiser will fully hold harmless and fully indemnify Gift Basket Business World, Flora Brown and
Flora Brown Associates from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, proceedings, recoveries or expenses
of any nature whatsoever, including reasonable fees of counsel selected by the site owner, arising directly or indirectly from the transmission of any advertisement (including, but not limited to, claims of infringement of copyright or trademark or claims of libel or invasion of privacy) or based upon or arising out of any matter or thing contained in any advertisement. Gift Basket Business World reserves the right to revise at any time with notice to the advertiser any rates, terms and conditions of sponsorship and advertising.

Payment Policy: Fees for advertising must be received and cleared before your sponsorship, sponsor link or product placement period begins. Once your payment is received we
will send verification of your start and end date of your term.

Cancellation Policy: An order for advertisement is final and non-refundable. Advertising cancellations must be issued in writing on your company letterhead and mailed to us at
