No matter what you hear about the state of the real estate market, there is still money to made for realtors and gift basket designers too. The boom in real estate has motivated more realtors to give gift baskets to thank their customers upon closing, to thank clients for referrals and to thank the agencies they count on to complete their intricate transactions. A number of things have lead to my success with realtors:
1. Listen to the needs of the realtor. They vary in budget, preferences and types of clients.
2. Name the designs. They appreciate the importance of colorful and descriptive language.
3. Conduct all our transactions very professionally. They interact with many professionals, and expect you to be the same.
